Ordered three awards via Amazon- 2 arrived in perfect protection boxes, the third in a broken box picked from the garbage. Same Day advises presentation boxes are not provided with Amazon orders. (what are the black things?) Same Day: Are the pieces broken? Me: No, but you let them leave your facility packed like this? Same Day: We do not have a replacement box to send you.
Pretty poor customer service and pride in delivery of product.
The actual glass piece is very nice, but they didn't it.

The service was quick and very respectfully. I made last minute addition they were quick with response w questions were answered same day. The trophies were beautiful my family loved them . We have a pool Tournament every year. I will use them every year

I had never heard of Same Day Awards before this experience. I also had never had the need to order an award.

I found Same Day Awards after some intense Google Searching. They were maybe the fourth website I had seen advertising the same thing, but they were the only one I saw with expected delivery dates. I trusted them and uploaded all the information they asked for.

The next business day, someone from the team emailed me the proof of the award. I made one change (it was a logo mishap on my part.) I got my shipping information that next morning. If you have done many a orders through Vistaprint, like I have, then you know how incredible that is.

The award was in my hands two days after that.

And it looked incredible.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the Same Day Awards teams. I'll be back next year, hopefully with more orders.

This company is amazing. I needed a set of plaques within 24 hours, and I was able to easily submit my design, get it proofed, have the plaques made the same day, and shipped across the country (using the UPS Next Day Air option). Customer support was fantastic (I used the chat system on their website) and had no issues at all. Highly, highly recommended for rapid turn-around with incredibly competitive pricing!

What can I say about this fantastic place I just came across it on the website when I needed something done quickly and WOW did they DELIVER!!

Within a day, I got an email from Emily telling me that I actually put too much information on my awards and they would be too small to read. And I should consider redoing it that was great information because I did not want to have awards that were Hard to read.
I took her advice redid them, and she was awesome in her patience with me and turning them around to make sure that I could get approved done and everything to meet back in time.
Not only that, but I wanted to add another award. I went online, Ordered the award completed my shipping and she told me that find out what the order number was And she will expedite it to make sure it was included with this order.
These are rare traits, indeed nowadays super fantastic customer service I would highly recommend this company. My order was verified before the trophies were made. I appreciated them asking me to take a second look at the order because one of the words I wanted engraved was misspelled. The order was processed, produced, and shipped to me more quickly than I expected. All three of the trophies are of excellent quality.
