I love this store!!!! I don't know how y'alls rating is so low but I love this store and so do all of my children. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and eager to help! I bet that before theft became an every day thing they were even more pleasant.

I have been member with Safeway since 2010 and this Safeway pharmacy brand is rude and a nightmare. Their staffs didn’t care and have a very bad attitude to customers who need help.
I went to drop off my son prescription and a day later I still haven’t heard anything from them. I called and the lady who picked up the phone was like in a very demanding tone. I asked her about my prescription and she told me they don’t have it on file to refill. I questioned her that how come you guys don’t even call and let me know so I can contact the doctor to figure out what’s going on. If you don’t let me than how do I know to contact the doctor office. She said they don’t call customers. I said that wasn’t true. Other Pharmacy brand also calls customers when things come up. She just like “ that’s my problem not her.” Okay, if you takes the job where people comes to you for help and that’s how you treat customers. She should quit and go somewhere else. This was my second time having problems with this pharmacy brand. The other time they wasn’t have enough pill for my prescription and again no phone call until 3 days later I have to call in to find out what was going on. I called the brand manager and that was it for me. I transferred my prescription to RideAid which have a lot of care to their patients. If you ever wondered about moving your prescription to this brand. Please don’t.

For nearly 5 years, this pharmacy has met my needs for immunizations and prescribed medications. Busy as they are, my meds have always been correct, and, if unable to be processed right away, the time frame has been communicated and met. Especially do I appreciate the warm, courteous manner of the reception staff, including the smiles and friendly, kindness shown me. Im certainly grateful for each one as my meds make all the difference in my life!

I have had Safeway for years and loved them but this branch is terrible. Some of the staff have been rude, they don't get things ready timely, they tell you they have a prescription then you go there and they can't find. It's been very disappointing. Was there when one staff member was so rude to a co-worker that after the fact I apologized to him for her behavior.
I know that Safeway has a good system as I have experienced it before but this branch needs coaching and corrections.

One of the worst pharmacy and customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I went their to pick up my son’s prescription, first of all the said I had to wait about 30 mins to get fill my prescription. I came back after an hour and the lady telling me that they are out of that prescription. It was so urgent to give medicine to my son but they are just playing around and wasting time in this sensitive situation. I prefer to drive 1 hour to get my prescription but will hate to come back into this worst place ever.

I've been with this Pharmacy at this safeway since it opened. Unfortunately the customer service has completely gone to hell. They don't care, or want to talk about the problems you have in getting your prescriptions. They are extremely argumentative. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any pharmacy. They don't let you know when your prescriptions are ready. Sometimes you have to make several trips to get one prescription. This pharmacy is a disgrace to pharmaceutical customer service everywhere. One star is giving them way to much credit.
