We remodeled our home this past year, bringing our furnishings up to date seemed a daunting task...but Abraham and his staff have been very supportive and helpful. Their furniture selection and quality are unique and first rate. Walking into their store was like viewing what the interior designers see and select from. Elegant lines, comfortable and sturdy in finishes and designs we did not see in other furniture stores. Safavieh become the first place we visited as we went from room to room and 90% of the time, we found the perfect piece. Best of all, the team really knew their inventory - when we shared what we were trying to solve, they directed us to terrific options. They listened well to both aesthetic and budget requirements. We felt we had an experienced and capable partner in our do-it-yourself interior design!

We purchased furniture, rugs and accessories over the last 12 months as the construction completed. Every time we visited the store we were greeted warmly, were left alone to browse and were attended to when requested. Impressively, the staff were well coordinated, only approached by one person each visit and the manager, Abraham, would come by to offer assistance and advice when needed. The delivery and support staff were equally professional, attending to details that we appreciated.

I should mention we are highly discriminating in our assessment and praise. In our 60 plus years, we've only written reviews for a few select enterprises. I can sincerely say Safavieh has been a great partner!

Salesman very helpful. Good selection of rugs. We selected one to be delivered and it was delivered within a few days. The rug unfortunately didn’t go well in our dining area so we returned it. Return process was painless. No questions asked. We are happy with our Safavieh experience.

This is a beautiful showroom and a beautiful selection ! For those of you trying to decorate a first or second home I highly recommend it. They offer many Aesthetics from Traditional to Contemporary. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of manufacturers are comprehensive Their rugs and lighting are stunning. The lighting industry has become so creative in the past decade. Lighting is like a piece of sculpture now. It really makes a statement in a room.
The techniques and the textures in the rugs unbelievable They will make any room pop. The managers in the Norwalk and Stanford store Abraham and Val are the nicest gentleman you could meet!

My husband and I visited the store and was shown a beautiful bed and we were very interested in purchasing this bed. However, the salesperson ( Lisa or Linda) didn't give us the price for the bed and told me she would email me more information on this item but never did. I called the store to inquire on our conversation but no one ever contacted me. Very disappointed but happy we found qhat we were looking for elsewhere.
