They are amazing! Their customer service! I mean come on you can't ask for better. You walk in they treat you like family! If they do repairs for you they let you know what they are doing and how they are doing it ,also the cost! Welcome you back with open arms. Even when you choose to come in 3 -4 times in one day! Love them!

Paid $4,000 for an engagement ring from this place just to have them ruin the surprise and tell my girlfriend my order is in over the phone. Never doing business here again. No discount was offered just a dozen of roses. Terrible business conduct

The staff is extremely attentive and so sweet! Their selection is amazing! I went in to be refitted for a bracelet and left with gifts for two special people.
