I Ordered a bed and had it installed September of 2021. It still is not correct to this day. The wheel wells are not centered over the axle, the headache rack broke my cab mounted third brake light. My reverse camera got tore off the factory wire, and the lights installed in the bed no longer work. All the hinges for the storage locker doors rusted shut. I’ve been in contact with Josh since the date of the initial installation. Nothing is getting resolved, and I’m continually just being strung along being told it’s going to be corrected all while other new beds keep being built by this company. I’ve waited long enough, and been more than patient.

What a complete waste of time and money!

First bed was suppose to be made “right” yet here we are a year later and have yet to have anything done.

Can’t get them back on the phone now at all. . . Great customer service NOT

Will now be taking legal action.
