January 2024- Another exceptional experience-I needed a small fabrication job completed. I called to schedule an appointment and was told "come on by" two hours later all done.

December 2023 experience-I was in need of a part not readily available for an older machine. I spoke with Chris about my situation. He volunteered to see if he could find a replacement part for me. I was not in a hurry for the part, however he texted that same day and said he had found a solution and that the part would be in two days. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. I was extremely impressed with his willingness to help and the result.

I own a farm and contracting company with 30 or so pieces of equipment, been in business since ‘08. We have hired R-Tec countless times for mobile work and taken machines to their shop on Lanier Rd in Rockville. Always a great experience. Their team is always willing to followup. We recently found and used R-Tec for a few repairs. Our mini skid went down on a job and we were able to get it over to Chris for repairs. They stopped what they were doing to help us out and had it fixed within a few hours. We also use them for replacement hydraulic hoses.

In the same week our chip truck went down. After another automotive mechanic said they couldn't fix it, we decided to take it over to R-Tec. Once again, they had us out the door within hours which is crucial to the operations of our business.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. They fully explain everything in detail and get equipment fixed quick. It is awesome to know that we have found a dependable place to fix equipment and will continue to use their services.

After calling around town on a Saturday to many hose companies in the Richmond area with no response or call back (which i expected on a weekend) i stumbled upon R-Tec Hydraulics. Not only did these guys show up on a Saturday after hours to make my hose they informed me that the setup i was using was not suited for the piece of equipment, which was the result of many busted hoses. They removed the hose from the machine for me made a new one and installed it. I was in and out in 30 min. I cannot thank or recommend them enough for getting me out of the jamb i was in, these guys are second to none!!
