High Quality Equipment, Excellent Customer Service.

We have used the Rotovac 360i on all of our truck mounts since 2016 and always will. We also just purchased the Swivel Bonzer and they are great! Both tools give great results with far less fatigue than a traditional wand and our customers love seeing us use state-of-the-art equipment to clean their carpet.

The tools are high quality and repairable. Anytime we need replacement parts Rotovac answers the call and has been very helpful.

We are extremely disappointed with ROTOVAC. They sold us a Wave Duct Clean System from PRO SUPPLY USA that doesn't work. Nick L asked me to return the Air Duct Cleaner in clean and excelente condition, which we did at our own expense. I checked the UPS tracking number, and it shows they have already received the item. However, they are not responding to my emails or calls, and we have not received the store credit they promised.
This feels like a scam. Avoid this company at all costs!
