My mother almost died because they kept saying the device was in the mail. She ended up back in the hospital in CCU. Would never order life or death equipment from them ever!

Absolutely awful. I was ordered by my doctor to get an oximetry test done and Rotech was supposed to deliver the device. For 3 full days, I’d receive texts stating that they were “en route” to me, only to never receive the device. Finally, I had to call and ask where it was, and they said it would be the next day. Same thing happened the next day. Then, I finally did receive it after calling again, they picked it back up and I haven’t heard anything for 2 weeks up until today when they called and asked if they had ever picked up the device. I informed them that, yes, two weeks ago they picked it up and the lady laughed and said “I guess we need to find it.” Like lady I’m trying to figure out my health here and yall can’t even keep up with your own equipment? Totally unprofessional and disorganized and I hope I never have to deal with these people again.
