Quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality materials! A+! I took my wife in to upgrade her center diamond from her engagement ring for our 26th anniversary. Jeff helped us pick the perfect stone and helped her reimagine her wedding band. In the end we ended up with a vintage, hand cut estate diamond and two new elegant bands added to her original ring. Headed back this year for the making of a diamond pendant using her original engagement diamond. The pictures I’m posting do not do this piece justice, it is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Ross’s Fine Jewelers!

Brought in a pair of earrings (a present from hubby) that hurt when I wore them because the posts were too thick for my pierced ears. Jeff worked with me to change the earrings from posts to dangles. Picked them up today and not only did they looked great but I could hardly tell I was wearing them. Great job! I’ll definitely be back!!

We highly recommend Ross's Fine Jewelers! Our first visit was today to have my wedding ring set looked at. It's a difficult piece that often gets loose diamonds. They were able to take my rings today and fix the many issues another jeweler created. In an afternoon, my rings were sized and all of the diamonds were reset with new prongs. I know there was more involved that I can't begin to explain. We were highly impressed with the friendly atomsphere and the excellent work from their goldsmith. We will absolutely be returning customers.

It’s always a pleasure and a great experience when me and my family visit Ross’s Fine Jewelers. They always make us feel at home and engage us personally before offering sales. Even when we go with our four kids, 9, 7, 5, and 2, it’s a great place and very welcoming. It doesn’t take long to realize Jeff and his team care more about their clients than they do making a sale, though it’s still a business, so you should buy something from them 🙂 I have and will continue to recommend Ross’s to anyone and everyone that I can!
The first time I went in a few years ago, I had no clue what to get for my wife. I showed Jeff a picture of her, and he picked out a few pieces he recommended. I picked the one I liked the best and thought would best suit my bride. And she absolutely loved it. All he needed was a picture to make the perfect match 🙂
