Very nice theater. Clean and glad it has a stadium layout. We felt it was perfect for the Champions of Magic show we went to see. Snack and drink prices were very reasonable although it was comical that my $3 drink said $1 on the label...
We would absolutely recommend seeing a show here if you have a chance.

Nice historic theater. Comfortable seats. Small enough theater that no seat is a bad seat. We were in the last row!

It's a cool little theater but the chairs aren't made for anyone over 5'9" tall. And, please sell alcoholic beverages.

Great venue. We had been there once before to celebrate Christmas with Chesapeake Chorus, drum corps, 7 bagpipes. It was great! It's easy to get to. Fairly safe neighborhood, available parking. Restaurants. Great time with family.

We attended Champions of Magic and found this to be an excellent venue for live shows. TCC did a really good job revitalizing this old theater. The theater has a large middle section of seating and areas to the left and right of the stage as well as balcony sitting areas up high. Even though we arrived 45min early, there was a long line for the show. We had a large group and had to sit in the left seating area along the aisle about 6 rows back from the stage. At first I wasn't sure if our viewing angle was going to be good, but we saw everything on the stage with no problems. The bathrooms were clean as was the lobby. They are not staffed to support a robust concession stand, there are no designated eating areas, just a few seats in the lobby. To better maintain the seating and floors, no food or drink are allowed in the theater (strictly enforced). Because of this rule the theater area is very clean, unlike most movie theaters. Overall it was a great experience, really good staff, and we will definitely go back for future shows.

We attended The Kings Choir, A Celtic Christmas performance yesterday. The performance was wonderful and all the hard work and time put into it was obvious. We really enjoyed the bag pipes played by a local group. My only complaint is the seating. While it's probably true that there is no bad seat regarding being able to see and hear any performance, the seating was very uncomfortable. There was literally no room to pass by seated people without having them to all get up and move out into the aisle. People today are much larger than back when that theatre was built no doubt. I'm afraid my husband and I won't be going back.
