Office employees are completely lazy. I went in for an order a couple months ago and the front desk lady just stares at me clueless and told me she doesn’t speak spanish when I clearly know English.

Terrible service! I had a very small project they said they could handle, I supplied the materials to do a test cut and was forced to go to a different water jet because after three weeks of avoiding my emails and phone calls the materials were still sitting exactly were they were dropped off. A professional would have had the decency to respond and I explain that it was not possible at the time now I am three weeks behind schedule. If you need something done quick I would not recommend this company.
