I emailed with these people over the weekend, made plans to be there this Monday with Sandy or Steve. I had planned to be there between 12pm-1pm. But had told them I was traveling with a granny and toddler. After an hour and thirty minute drive (traffic) I got there at 2pm. On arrival a very nice woman was there but it was her first day. She was lovely. But unable to assist in answering any questions, provide any prices or give me any real information on average building costs, recommended builders, steps in the process or anything. She said Sandy would email me. It’s Tuesday- no follow up email.

As nice as she was, it was very frustrating to drive over an hour and a half to get answers just to be handed brochures and told someone would be in touch. I feel like I wasted almost three hours traveling with my family to try and get a home situation rolling for nothing. I will be going with a different builder now.

We had a great experience working with Dennis, Steve, and Stan in building this home. Dennis and Steve guided us through the process by listening to our ideas and then helping us to implement those into the home that we wanted. They both kept the project from being stressful, and we enjoyed working with them.
Stan, our project manager, was very pleasant to work with and organized the subs to get the home done in a timely manner. As the home developed and we made some additions, they were more than willing to work with our ideas.
We would highly recommend this company as we appreciated their integrity, dedication to the project, and quality of work.

We worked with RMBC to build a modular home in Florissant, CO. from early 2021 until its completion at the end of 2022. Steve Scandura worked tirelessly to help us get the home as close to our specs as possible. He consistently went up against the reps at the factory who made multiple errors during the planning portion of the project. Steve had to constantly call the rep to get a response during the closures and delays caused by Covid. The employees at RMBC were always pleasant and dedicated to us. They even made concessions out of their own pocket when the home builder was unwilling. There were delays, but, when working in this industry, the builder is always reliant on not only the subcontractors, but other factors such as weather and material supply. Steve Scandura, Dennis, Ryan and Zach were always professional and went above and beyond to make our dream come true.

Didn't end up going with Rocky Mountain Homes as the wait for my selected plan was 18+ months. However their communication was great and they were able to answer a lot of my questions in this process.

I DIDN'T GET TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION WITH JONTAE AND BASE CAMP DUE TO THE EXTENDED TIME BEFORE THE HOME WOULD BE READY TO SET AND MOVE IN, BUT VERY UPFRONT PEOPLE AND JONTAE HAD ALL THE PRICING RANGES AND WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THEM AND WHAT NEEDED TO GET DONE WHEN I SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT.
I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH OR TALKING TO SEVERAL OTHER MODULAR HOME PEOPLE AND THEIR ANSWERS TO MOST OF MY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT THEY DID TO PRICING AND WHAT TO EXPECT RANGED FROM "WELL YOU'LL HAVE TO DO THAT", NO, WE JUST ORDER THE HOME. YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND SOMEBODY TO SET IT UP, OH YEAH, DELIVERY COULD GO AS HIGH AS 20 GRAND.!!

JONTAE HAD SAMPLE HOMES ALREADY PICKED OUT BASED ON OUR PHONE CONVERSATION, BASE PRICING, SITE PREP ITEMIZED AND A PRICING RANGE AND WHAT BASE CAMP WILL DO AND WHAT WAS EXPECTED FROM ME AND HOW LONG TO EXPECT TO WAIT FOR THE HOME TO BE DELIVERED. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY UPFRONT, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND LET ME KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. SHE, ALSO, GAVE ME REFERRALS FOR INSURANCE AND CONSTRUCTION LOAN AND LENDER AFTER CONSTRUCTION.
