I pay monthly to endure we have propane when it's needed, I haven't received a bill since April 2020 despite calling numerous times. I have no idea what I am being charged to see if they are even competitive because I never get a statement. The phone rings but is never answered. I have no idea how much is credited to my account and at this point am looking to switch carriers but cannot till I find out how much credit I have with them or even to assess if the rates are worth it because no one answers the phone. I have called several other companies to get rates and always am able to speak to someone within 3 rings.
