I am a current employee. I have gone to HR over issues and nothing changes. Even the operations manager does nothing to correct issues. Management is a joke. Its worse than high school. If you are not one of the favorites, you will not get promoted or get the opportunity to learn anything other than what you were hired for. On my shift the supervisor belittles employees and then if they say anything to HR, there is retaliation. Of course, company policy states they do not tolerate retaliation, however, it happens all the freaking time on G shift in Russellville, AR.. IF you can work anywhere else and afford your bills, then do it. Rockline in Russellville AR is not worth the stress, time or energy until management changes

Seems every time I come here to make a delivery there is some reason I have to "wait a bit". Today it was because I was early ( my appt time was 11:00 and I arrived at 10:45.). Makes me wonder what the real reason is.

Had a delivery here on a Monday, on the load information it said open 24 hours got he on Sunday and the place was closed and no telephone numbers would work so I set in front of the guard shack hoping someone would show up and let me in.maybe someone needs to update there website for truck drivers

Pretty good place. They don't let you in the facility you have to buzz then someone meets you at door to give you a door assignment. Live unload for me was about 1.5 hrs.
