I've been waiting for an uncontested divorce to be processed since October. The court rejected the forms the first time, so they were revised by my lawyer and resubmitted. Still waiting and very frustrated. What is taking so long?

Edited to add: The circuit court clerk Chaz Haywood answered my email, mentioning that he was alerted about this negative review. He was curt to the point of rude in his emails. The court system continues to be incompetent, causing me the most frustration I've felt in life. Truly incompetent.

My heart hurts today after my parents told me how cruel the lady that works there doing the passports treated them. The lady was very disrespectful and nasty to them (an older couple) for trying to get their son’s passport. The lady is the one that seats right when you go in. They had all needed to be able to have the process done. They took the application completed, the passport pictures, and money order for the fee. She was being very disgusting to them as if they were not human beings. My step-father tried to use a pen to write something on the paper and she took it from his hand in a very disrespectful manner and sanitized the pen as if he had some sort of desease or something. She was yelling at them despite having a bilingual interpreter with them to help them as they speak limited English. She was finding any excuse to not help them get the process completed. I find it very cruel and inhumane that someone who is there to provide a service for the community can act and project so much hate to someone she does not know and has not done anything to them but asked for a PAID service. I feel this person should not work there because it really shows she is not there to help the people. I hope that someone is able to read this and do something as there will always be a need for this service and having someone like this can create a very bad unforgettable experience.

The passport people and other employees took extra time today to help us submit paper work. Several lovely people helped our three young kids wait patiently. I am so grateful for their compassion, their williness to help us even though it inconveninced their day and their professionalism. Thank you all for going above and beyond!!

Corrupt and greedy. They abuse their power and steal from poor families. Avoid at all costs. Beware.

Update: The judges here and prosecutor Victoria Jensen are evil, heartless, cruel, beyond corruption. You all seriously need Jesus Christ. May God save your lost black souls. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from Harrisonburg, VA and that it is a place full of evil evil people. You hurt good poor families who have been working hard to overcome their struggles and you kick them while they're down. Shame on you all!!! Be ashamed of yourselves. I will warn everyone I know to beware this evil city until the day I die. What a horrible wretched place. May Jesus Christ save you from greed and sin!! If anyone has any sort of compassion in their hearts get rid of the evil judges here and prosecutor Victoria Jensen!!! I have no idea what needs to be done but I promise I will be bringing your crimes up to politicians, senators, the governor, the attorney general, and the supreme court. Shame shame shame on you people!! My 3 month old baby hasn't and won't meet her father for a long time! You are disgusting! None of you are God and he sees every crime and injustice you commit against poor families. God is the one and only judge and you will speak for your corruption, crimes, and injustice.
