I’ve been using RoadMaster tow bars since 2009 trouble free. Bought a Ram TRX this year and RoadMaster with the expertise of Trevor(installer) did an amazing job. Trevor goes above and beyond to make the parts blend seamlessly into the truck. His attention to detail made me very happy as I like to keep my vehicles as original and new looking as possible. The entire staff at RoadMaster Vancouver is very helpful and attentive. Thank you everyone. Teresa and the team are are really awesome, knowledge people. I bought a vehicle at auction that had a tow set up but was missing multiple pieces. We purchased the products needed for our 1998 Honda in 2022 and decided to try and install the invisibrake ourselves. We got some things right but others were not and could not get it to work. Finally, after a year, we found an opportunity to be in the Vancouver, WA area and scheduled an install appointment. They took care of us and got everything working together. Kylie took time to explain how to connect our tow bar and made sure that we understood it all. Trevor was very patient and reassuring. My husband and I recommend that you get it installed by these professionals. We were very happy with the cost of the install as well.

Over the top customer service, and top of the line product. Roadmaster is well known for its top of the line tow bars and many other products…but what I didn’t expect was something very hard to find these days. From the very first email asking for information, Theresa T was quick to respond, and extremely helpful. The installation was booked weeks in advance, and when I showed up, the paperwork was all ready for us…and as we were in our RV, they set us up with a secure place to spend the night, and even ran us an extension cord so we had power. I can’t say enough about the staff. Shane did the install and was awesome. Great experience!

First- Customer Service. I had just bought my first motohome to flat tow my Jeep. I called customer service support with ENDLESS questions. The guy was incredibly kind & patient. NEARLY an hour later of me asking questions- I placed my order & it arrived in less than a week when he said probably 2-3 weeks.
Since then- I have taken the middle man out of any purchases and go straight to them.
I stopped in to pick up an order as I was in town- and they were all just as kind and polite in person. SPECIFICALLY....Jacque & Theresa have gone above and beyond each time Ive talked with them.

The product is amazing and speaks for itself. Customer service has been stellar as well and that alone.....will keep me coming back.
