Ordered custom sign as a wedding gift. The time from order to receipt of item was 25 days & shipping took more than the promised “within 10 days”. Received today & all it was shipped in was thin cardboard which resulted in item being bent. Cheap quality metal too! I’ve purchased other signs like this from a different company & had a much better experience. Lastly when I inquired about status of my item (after 10 days) via their support email I got zero response.

UPDATE: Unfortunately my turtles began to rust along the edges of the design. I contacted customer service who told me because I did not purchase the additional weather protection, I was out of luck. Even though their ad states rust proof in one of the photos. This places the company in an actionable position. Great product and great craftsmanship, this is the second order I have placed from this company. You don't have to worry about rust from outdoor displays and the paint job is fantastic. Just a note, when placing screws for support, I find a can of outdoor spray paint matching the design color and use a Q tip to apply it to the screw to blend in.

so, i can t leave any stars because i havent ordered anything yet, but i called and left 3 messages for info on a product they sell, no one ever called.. and i see some less than favorable reviews on here about stuff rusting, delayed shipping, as well as people not getting their money refunded... based on what i see, and as well as my own experience so far, ill prob go elsewhere... for what its worth there are good reviews on here as well larry

I purchased the 36 inch rust Wacky Sun. I love it!!! It is the perfect addition to my front entry space. If they had sent matching screws I would’ve given a 5 star rating.

Bought 2 pieces, Sea Turtle and Pelican. I paid the extra $$ to have them clear coated. Both pieces are rusting/turning black. Sent 2 emails with NO response. Junk and customer service is worse. Unfortunately, reply went to SPAM. Received a second email and we were able to communicate to solve the problem. I sent pictures, and immediately 2 new pieces were put into production. New pieces arrived today 4/10. Thank you for your excellent service and standing behind your product. Impressive!

Found RD on Google when I was price shopping for my 36” monogram last name metal sign and they had the best price online. As a bonus, they even had a promo with a free gift, an 18” metal sign that said “Thankful, Grateful & Truly Blessed”. What a great touch as I am thankful for the amazing price for the same product that many other online or Etsy places offer. The metal signs came quick and we’ll protected. Can’t wait to hang up our monogram. Keep up the great work RD Team and thanks for the free gift. ?

This business doesn't deserve even a 1 star. I ordered "welcome to our patio" on April 8th. I waited over 2 weeks and reached out to them by email and was told the order went out by USPS on April 18th but USPS tracking showed for 10 days it wasn't moving. I emailed them again and was told they were 20 miles from Decatur, Alabama and it took 10 days for USPS to deliver from Decatur to them. I purchase items from all over the US and International and receive within 5-6 days and told them this is 2024 not 1860. The woman that responded was very rude and spoke of all her college education, blah, blah ,blah. I live in Georgia and about 200 miles from this business and could have walked to pick the item up and got it sooner. Funny thing is I let them know I was disputing charges to my credit card company 2 days ago, and was notified that is will be delivered today, 05/03/2024. If the item quality is as good as their customer service, I will dump it in the trash.

Just like Temu. Deceptive pictures making items look bigger than they are. Say they are in Alabama, but items ship from overseas. Never again from me.
