Do not recommend- The worker let underlayment go down floor drain by not sealing up completely. Thousands of dollars to repair and unwilling to work out a solution just empty promises. Like "my plumber could look at it" but never sends him. Complete cluster -2 stars if I could

They poured gypcrete and left and never came back to make sure it looked as intended. The floor immediately started cracking as soon as it dried up. Was initially working with Mike Wagner who was very responsive and who promised to stop by after the floor dried up. I was still waiting for Mike W's visit when Mike Schmillen reached out in a rude manner asking for payment making all sort of threats as if I did not want to pay them. I explained that I talked with Mike W. and was waiting on him to make the payment. Schmillen continued with his threats accusing me of "harassing " his staff. I have not spoken with any person in his office besides Mike W and all our conversations were courteous. Schmillen did not try to address the cracks in the floor and instead made excuses like "crack will always be present" even on new pours. He did not even inquire about how big/bad they cracks before making excuses.

Tell your customers that your work will start cracking less than 1 week after your leave. Also, if you are expecting payment from your customer, your FIRST email requesting for payment should be courteous - something like: "Hey hope you like the work we performed. We are still waiting on payment. Can you make the payment by tomorrow at noon?" This allows the customers to clarify any misunderstanding (if any) about payment and work that is yet to be completed
