The absolute best customer service! My husband does not use technology (that’s my department!) so he prefers to call and speak to a human! Every year he calls, they remember him, and always get his order exactly right! I love this American small business and highly recommend their durable easy to read tags for cattle and other farm animals!

The best tags for the longevity of readable letters/numbers in the field. Easy to create the permanent tag and then if you want accentuate the tag engraving with a normal tag marking pen. Tags stay in and remain readable for the life of the animal. For me, 10 to 15% of my mother cows reach 11/12 years of reliable in window calving performance and the tags are still present.

Awesome customer service. We use the Ritchey custom engraved tags along with the blank Engravable tags in several different colors for herd ID’s. The calf tags are just the right size for Calf ID information that doesn’t weigh down their ears.

We have used Ritchey tags for as long as I can remember. We now use 9 different colors to keep track of our generations of cattle. I have begun to incorporate the smaller tags into the herd because they do not loose them as easily. And the newly designed pins are working out much better because the plastic does not crystalize and they fit the ear better and don't catch on the feeders and tear out. I have tried others when I worked off the farm but have always recommended these tags.

We’re a small cow/calf operation but our questions are answered and service is given as though we’re one of the biggest and best customers. We use the engraveable tags for our cows and the write-on tags for the calves. We’ve used several different brands of tags, but these are our favorite. Haven’t tried the daisy buttons but plan to this fall. Thanks, Mr. Ritchey, for the invention of an engraveable tag and red with a white center tags!! Now, we just need a better option for white tag ink, and we’re confident it’s coming.

Switched to these tags a few years ago. Love them. You can 'write' on the front and/or back of the tag. They are durable, never fade and easy to use. A friend is getting pretty fancy using a CNC engraver as well! We will be life time customers!
