Highly Recommend Ridgeview Heating & Cooling!

We had a fantastic experience with Ridgeview Heating & Cooling. Our technician, Austin, was incredibly nice, professional, and honest. They originally came out to replace a capacitor and advised us that our furnace motor was on its last leg. They weren’t pushy at all—just gave us their honest opinion and left the decision up to us.

Well, sure enough, the very next day, the motor went out just like they warned us. When we called them back, they gladly came out again with no fuss or “I told you so” attitude. They replaced the motor quickly, and the price was fair. Each time they were able to come same day.

Austin and the whole team were kind, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate their honesty and patience. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, I highly recommend Ridgeview Heating & Cooling!

They could have reasonably cited weather and the time to not come but they came as soon as they could during a winter storm and fixed my heat! I am incredibly grateful for them for fixing the heating issue and going above and beyond to help out. Thank you!!

Josh and Austin where awesome very friendly and helpful with all the questions I asked them. They diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes and had the unit working perfectly within 25 minutes. Great job guys would recommend Josh and Austin and Ridgeview HVAC to any customer having heat pump issues!!!!!

These guys are phenomenal, on time, they don't stop until the customer is satisfied with the job they do. They do fantastic work and are all around the best HVAC company in this area. The guys who came out to install my heat pump were fantastic. Did a phenomenal job and made sure everything was sealed up right and they even cleaned up after themselves. I have dealt with Ridgeview for a couple of years niw and they never disappoint. Never will I use anyone else. Josh you have a great team!
