Customers praise the knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of bikes and accessories, and the overall positive shopping experience. One customer wrote, "I bought my first ‘adult’ bike here a little over a year ago. I actually wrote a review on Yelp about that experience. (Cliff notes, it’s 5 stars.) Since then, we also bought my wife a bike and we’ve been in multiple times to buy small parts and service items. Just recently my wife and I went in shopping for new helmets. Christian and the guys took the time to go over all the details with us, helped us get fitted and on our way to safer riding. These guys make it worth it to shop small and support your local bike shop."

Amazing bike shop with great selection! Was looking for a place to try on full face mtb helmets in person, and this place is it. Tons of choices. Great customer service. Purchased a helmet for my kid, ended up not being the right one for him, brought it back unused and they exchanged it for a better fit, no questions asked. We’ll be back for all of our biking needs.

I very recently bought my first "real" mountain bike from this shop, and it was the best experience you could ever hope for! The staff were super helpful with all my questions, and getting bikes set up for test rides. Raj was especially helpful, setting up air pressure, and getting pedals on. Speaking of, Raj also suggested the color combo, and suggested his favorite pedal and grip combo(raceface chesters, and oneup grips) Everyone was super helpful, and i'm very grateful! If it were up to me, i wouldn't go anywhere else for purchases and maintenence.

Raj was fantastic! So patient with my teen while he asked questions and test rode a few bikes to pick out his First Ever Full Suspension. Kiddo is ecstatic with his choice, and felt like he got a great deal. Raj helped him pick out pedals and grips that looked fantastic. 10/10 would recommend! So happy to find a shop that specializes in mountain biking goodies.

Random pick. Never before biked in WA. (I live in MN). Per MTB Project and Trail Forks Issaquah appeared to be a locus of some good riding. Lucky pick. Appearances proved accurate. Random pick: Ride Bicycles appeared (in their website) to have awesome bikes to rent. Lucky pick: Real life was even better than hoped for. Awesome bikes to rent. And awesome shop to … salivate over the latest goodies in the bike and especially MTB industry. Hard not to buy goodies. Very. And Christian and team were simply delightful: pleasant, willing to teach / share, experienced (!) and humble. Have I the good fortune to bike in WA again, his shop will be where I go.

This place has gained a customer for life. I ordered a closeout Transition Patrol that, due to a glitch in the system, showed in stock but unfortunately wasn’t. Christaan went well above and beyond to get me into a new bike that fit my needs and at a price I could afford. I have been without a bike for 3 years now and am so stoked to be hitting the trails on my new Norco!! Thanks to Christaan for being a solid dude and a fantastic business owner. This guy really cares and definitely loves getting people on a new steed.

I came from Spokane to ride at Duthie and stopped by this shop for some tools. I was happy with their selection of women’s mtb gear and ended up with two great fitting pairs of gloves. They had the tools I needed to mount on my bike for quick repairs and a mud guard that I needed. As a cyclist I always try to support the local bike shops and felt good about the overall vibes at this one. Stop by and grab some gear and a cool water bottle (cuz you can’t have too many of those 😜)

After my hydraulic brakes failed on my mountain bike I tried a few stores without success. Finally I stopped into Ride bikes and Eric helped me out. I needed to bleed my brakes and he sold me the kit and oil in stock and gave this n00b a few pointers while I was frantically youtube learning how to do this in the parking lot so I could ride that day. Thanks for stocking the essentials and being a great help.
