I bought carpet from Rick over a year ago. I went and checked out a few other places before dropping into ricks. I was immediately surprised in how he genuinely greeted us and even opened the door for us. His carpet was a little higher then other places but what he had to offer was very high quality. His crew came in and perfectly installed our carpet into my floor transitions. I am now the proud owner of the best carpet I have walked on and everyone who comes over agrees. Thank you Rick!!

I Love Ricks Carpets! Their prices are Reasonable and they have a lot of Inexpensive Remnants! I ordered a carpet that had been discontinued Rick gave me a really good Deal. It was a large Remnant. They sent it out to be cut down to a 10 × 12, and finished the edges, it cost me $250 and I got my piece of Remnant Back, now it serves as my Hallway Runner! I Highly Recommend Rick's Carpets and They're Helpful, Kind Staff!!

Amazing pricing. Went to a different local carpet store looking for my house and the carpet samples they gave me are what people would put in their rental properties not for your own home. Not to mention they wanted almost $18 dollars per yard. When I came to Rick's carpet he gave me a $28 dollars a yard carpet for $20 dollars a yard including 8 pound pad which costs $7 dollars separately. So I basically got a $28 dollars a yard carpet plus the pad for $20 dollars for both.They also knocked off another $2 dollars for installation. I will never go to another local carpet store besides Rick's carpet. I came in on a Monday and they went out of their way squeeze me in for my house to get measured and installed by friday which is amazing. They even stayed after hours to show me the carpet off the role so I could see what it would look like in a larger peice. They are very professional and are not just trying to sell you anything. Plus everyone who works their is part of the family which I love. Thank you guys I will come back when I need to do my hardwood and will recommend you to everyone. They are super professional and had no problem answering my 100 questions. I'm so happy I choose to come here:)

The BEST! Have three indoor-outdoor remnants, all 'bound' by Courtney, and two indoor-outdoor carpets in my new-to-me bungalow... I absolutely love the low maintenance and wonderful colors! Pay cash and save!

I called rick to have someone come install carpets. The install went fine but when it came time to pay, rick tried to charge me for two times the hours that his guy was actually there. I would warn anybody to not do business with this guy

These guys did my grandfather's carpet and when it came to moving the furniture they told him they would give him a deal for them to do it rather then having his grandkids move it told him they would knock off $60 off of 100 my grandpa is a nice guy and decided to stick with them however when it came to when they needed to move the furniture they needed help moving over half of my grandfather's things so my brother helped them move his things from and to the living room then proceeded to charge him the full amount of moving his things going back on what he said. When asked about it rick was nice however cliff who moved the things lied and said he only needed help with a coutch and didn't comment on the fact he charged him full price. I will never go through this company again nor will I ever refer them and anyone who asks I will refer els were due to his actions and customer service.
