Absolutely the finest meat processor in the country! I’ve been going there all my life. Nuff said? The Ritcheys are some of the best, most honest people I know. It’s people like them who make this earth a better place to live. Any rating less than perfect does no do them justice! Love em. P.S. he’s bigger than he looks.

Good turn around time on a quartered doe I brought in- took about a week. Richey’s cleaned it up and packaged it well. The processing resulted in more meat than I thought, happy with what I got to stock my freezer. Cannot wait to cook up some delicious dishes! Mr. Richey is a gem - caring and honest man. And Mike was very helpful to carry out my cooler to my vehicle.

Kept saying 2 more weeks every time I called to check on my deer being processed. After calling for over 2 months I was finally told that they gave my deer to someone else. I never received a phone call, and they then told me that they might have just dropped the ball. They then hung up on me with no apology.

I took my first deer to them to be processed and I could not be more pleased. That made it very fun for me since it was my first, and they did a wonderful job of packaging it as well. The summer sausage with jalapeno and cheese is my family's favorite. They have a great crew!

I live in Tuscaloosa and have made the drive to Richey’s on a few occasions with a deer. Really good & honest folks that take care of you. Will take many more to them.
