I am unfortunately a member of the evacuation from Red Feather. The Red Cross contracted with this church for meals. I would be interested in how the church handles these contracts. Food received and from where, food preparation, delivery. The meals received breakfast and lunch are eatable. But the evening meals have gotten progressively poor quality and somewhat a mystery. My interest is who's responsible? Is the Red Cross being scammed?
