1 star ..and i will say why ...whenever i come here every single truck has to go and i have to wait ..be ready to be late on ir next pick up or delivery ...trucks who comes after they have to go ..truck that where here as well ..and when there is no truck left PARK ON DOOR BLABLA.. this and restaurant depot in Orange CT are THE WORST OF ALL HD that we do delivery on East cost ( and no i did not show up late ) ..if menagment see this they have to know they have BAD JOB in shipping amd receving ...and when then eather they will have to open the eyes and change those who works there or they will close. 1 star is too much if i could i would give -1000 ...WE DO NOT WORK FOR RESTAURANT DEPOT we deliver for you ..we dont have uniforms that says restaurant depot ..you want loads better shake that head before trucks start rejecting the loads that comes to you . This wont be removed EVER so at least some drivers would know ..SHANE ON YOU and you call ur self big company ...shame on you

They have one person on the casher. She is terrible. You asked something and they answer with bad words. I don't know her name but she have a lot of rings...she was on register #1 today...

So bad service and terrible customer service. I called to ask a question about an item. The man who answered the phone transferred me someone else, I asked the lady how much is that item she told me hold for a minute. I was in the phone waiting for 11 minuets. I hung up the phone and I called right back to talk to the same man. I was a little mad about it. What shocks me is the way the man who answered the phone replied to me. He was going on me and cussing me. I’m really disappointed.

2 weeks later on a Saturday which is a busy day for them. They only had 2 cash register open. I was waiting in the line for a good 50 minuets

This place is really one of the worst to delivery, does not matter if you have an appointment, the don't care, my appointment was at 8:30 am, I'm be here 6:30 chack in, 11:30 and still don't give me a door, I ask what time they think can unload me but just said I have to wait, nobody knows nothing, just 1 guy on receiving department. Many Restaurant depot have the same way to deliveries, please don't take load for this places, you gonna lost many hours waiting

I usually go in restaurant Depot Hartford two times a week there are the most rude staff and management I ever seen my life I wait an hour in line to pay my stuff. They don’t open register All customers was mad waiting for an hour employees was talking and laughing and chilling in front of us. So I have to leave all my stuff there and walk out and go to Waterberry I wish I have chance to give them zero Star
