ReOx Medical Services repaired my husband's home oxygen unit. Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and kept us informed on how long it might take before we would hear back on if the unit could be repaired and provided quote at the expected time frame. The repaired unit works quite well now. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

I purchased a USED SimplyGo portable oxygen concentrator from a neighbor because a new machine costs about $2k. We used this portable machine on planes/cars when traveling. After many years it quit working. I called ReOx Medical Services to see if it was fixable. It was and at an affordable price! I love this company. I didn't have to pay a middle man (equipment supplier) to get it fixed and jack up the cost. ReOx employees are top notch and thorough. They helped retired people like us keep our used equipment going on a budget that we can afford. I'll absolutely use them again when the need comes!

The customer service from ReOx is truly amazing! I experienced an issue with a Companion 5 unit the day after Thanksgiving and called ReOx for help. Within the hour I heard back from Todd, and he walked me through the device over the phone. Once he determined that the unit needed to be replaced, Todd went the extra mile and located a local number for me to call for help. Thank you, Todd & ReOx! Reox Medical took our two concentrators for repair. They were supposed to let us know if they were repairable or not. We never heard back. My husband tried to reach someone in their office for months. Finally, after many, many calls, he reached someone who let us know the units were repaired and ready to be returned. We thought we were completely scammed, but definitely very inconvenienced and frustrated. We have spent hours of time trying to get back what was ours. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere for a better customer experience and less stress. We wont trust them again.

I had recently been referred to ReOx Medical Services for an oxygen concentrator that needed to be repaired. The whole process, from my first contact with Nancy, through my continued communication with Nichole, has been nothing short of incredible. As someone who has worked in the service industry and healthcare for years, I tend to hold others to a higher standard. Even so, Nichole definitely set the bar for service, communication and follow through. I highly recommend anyone reading this review to give their business to this company/location. I know I will.

This place took my family members oxygen concentrator and said it would take a month. My family member called a month later and they said it needed so many repairs that she needs to just buy a new one. Rip off!! Why didn’t they just call to tell her this right when they found out instead of her waiting around for nothing? She needs this machine medically and now nothing. Don’t go here if you value your life and your machines.
