After posting this original review, I was contacted by Rent A Can. There representative was very apologetic for the way my call was handled (actually listened to the recorded conversation from the original call) and asked if I’d still like an estimate. I’ve decided to give them a shot after receiving the quote. Moving the stars to 3 and will update the review if things go well after the event at the end of June.

Called to rent 4 cans and was told I had to go on a waiting list since I wasn't a current customer. A waiting list isn't much help during an event when people need to use the restroom. I would have rather they told me their policy as soon as I called rather than gathering all my info first.

These rent a cans at concerts and events are almost always clean and they have the fancy salt in the urinal to pee on. Its very nice.

Remembered last minute, but no problem for these guys. Cans dropped off late Saturday night and picked up after BBQ on a Sunday. Super prompt, super professional, and look, its a his and hers. Thanks Guys.

If this is the road you want to go down we can. As a official customer of these guys, I have an RV that’s supposed to be pumped every two weeks. That’s if they show up. Or they decide to come days later when we can’t use our facilities by risk of overflowing. It’s not a case of overuse if they show up when they are scheduled too. Often I have to call because they don’t do it right or all the way. They are not open 24 hours, it’s some company they hired to answer phones after they close at 5pm. I had to show their ever changing staff how to do their job! If I could go with another company I would, but they have the contract with the city to handle park host RV’s. No way to hire a better company unless I pay someone else out of pocket. As the host we open and close gates and and report issues to the proper authorities, in exchange the city pays to empty the tanks. Seems unfair and a monopoly if you can’t get a better company at a more affordable price if you ask me. Maybe they will refuse to service me after this review and breach their contract. Oh and Michael your a liar right next to civil! Check mate!
