This is a wonderful company. I could not get my filters for my heating and cooling system from my old source. They did not carry them anymore. Googled filters and found Remember The Filter. They had what I needed and kept in touch with me. When I emailed them, they got right back to me. So happy that a company still cares about their customers. They are wonderful. Will use them again. Have given them out to friends. Recommend them to everyone.

My filter is 12” by 36” a very uncommon one when trying to buy it at the big box stores. About 6 years ago I decided to just go to the source. I now always order a box of them right from Remember the filter. It’s super easy and they are friendly and professional when I call to place my order. Not sure how many come in the box, it’s 10 or 12. I can say this though, I’ve always got a filter on hand and ready for a replacement whenever I need one. Great company providing a product that every homeowner has to use.

Last year I ordered a box of filters, when they arrived the box had been damaged, and some filters messed up. I took a picture and sent it to them, they immediately sent me a new box and let me keep the good ones from the first box. They truly stand behind their product to include shipping! You can't go wrong ordering with them.

I am so glad to still be able to buy these Flanders filters after local stores stopped carrying them in the size I needed. Nice big box, great price, quick shipping. My furnace seems to run harder on the thicker filters more popular at big box stores. I was even making them myself by cutting down larger ones (what a mess!) until I found this site. Thank you!

Was easy to order all my filters for one year in one place. The small one I use is harder to find where I shop. Having them all on hand every three months for changing is so much easier than running to the store because I for got to buy one or the other. They were sent in three boxes that were delivered a couple days apart.
