I would be careful when using this company! After my initial meeting with the owner, Ron, and giving him a handmade prototype of what I was looking for he loved my idea and said they could set me up with a patent, prototype and CAD drawings for the production of the prototype and gave me a quote of several thousand dollars. They kept asking for the money to get started for at least a month almost weekly after our first meeting. when I was finally able to get the money together to start my dream I paid them in full. After a month or more I finally asked about the progress only to find out they had not started my project because they said they were very busy! Ron, said he gave the project to his son to design the CAD drawings for the prototype. I gave them color watches, my handmade prototype, color drawings that I made on Illustrator from Adobe. What I got back was a hurried drawing of features I never asked for in black and grey with no color. When I sent more examples of things I asked for and things I did not I got another round of drawings again in grey not color as well as heavy hinge for folding when I asked for a living hinge in plastic, gave him several examples and folding was not required. if he could not make it work. All I wanted was a simple lap table that was a unique shape, lightweight, colorful, with a non skid surface and slightly padded edges. Again I got another drawing that was closer but still had features I did not ask for and again in grey colors not the colors I asked for to start with. After a third round and them never asking to talk on the phone to clarify what I wanted as apposed to what they were sending they asked me to pay more money to move forward. They said they had too many hours into the drawings compared to the almost $3,000 that I paid. I was floored because I thought they would deliver to me what I originally asked for in a timely manner and they waisted many hours on the first and second drawings with features and colors that I never asked for. I think they are not honorable and honest, they just wanted my money and rush some drawings that copied other products in the market place that have already had been invented when I asked for something with a unique shape, light weight, modern, colors that I even gave them my own drawings and cut out with colors. Very simple product that they made too complex and never gave me what I paid for originally and wasted hours on things I never asked for, took several weeks, after paying them, to even start the project after I finally inquired about the progress and then wanted more money to continue. This broke my heart because I have been dreaming about this product for years and finally was able to get some hard earned money to start the project only to have my dream crushed by Rapid Pro. They never gave me what I paid for and then wanting more money that I did not have nor should have had to pay because they took so long to start wasted time with things I never asked for. Be careful if you use them in the future if you are not a big company with a lot of money to waste on them instead of a start up with a dream and limited budget. They will fill you full of confidence in your product, take your money and then let you down by doing the things I described above!

So far so good! We're in the beginning stages of building our business using RapidPro's expertise in design services, prototyping, and production. Ron, Garrett, Casey and Jennifer have been extremely helpful and easy to work with during our initial meetings. We look forward to the future collaboration to get our product off the ground. I'll update this review as we move forward.
