We lived in Raleigh Court for three years. Don and his wife Amy are the best land lords I have ever rented from. The property was very well maintained with snow removal services on the main roads, a community park, and a dedicated team of Maintance workers.

Jeremy is the head of park Maintance is always available for emergency call. Issues are handled quickly when anything breaks. Jeremy is a very hard worker who will help you in any way he can.

Mobile homes can be rented from Don or you can rent a lot and park your own home here. My mobile home included water, sewer, and trash removal. Internet coverage is available from Optimum and power is provided by AEP. We had a gentleman in the park cut our lawn for us so we didn’t have to purchase lawn care equipment.

Overall, I have no complaints with this establishment during my time here. The owners were always more than fair with my family and I. The court is very quiet and we never had issues out of our neighbors. Give Don, Amy, and Jeremy a call and make Raleigh Court your next home!

Have lived in this park for 25 year's and have never had a problem, only have two complaints..

- It's 2021, some sort of way to pay rent online would go a long way and not only help families with no mean of transportation but also a nice touch for the younger generation who might find themselves moving into the park.

- During the winter months, whoever you use to snowplow does a great job, but I've noticed they obliterate the speed bumps every year.. don't know how much that cost you but I do find some broken chunks of speed bumps along the yards.

Would give a 0 if I could . The owner is a lair & takes peoples money promising to give it back if not approved, then when you say something to him about it he bans you. Honestly disgusting people .

Stayed there in 2017 2018 and 2019 while working on the Pipeline...the community was clean , the People where Nice.
Enjoyed my stay .
