Had a problem with a brass bushing in our motorhome. Called the mfger's number and got no response on three calls to Indiana. Called RJ's and lo and behold someone answered the phone.. Julie was polite, listened and didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time. Stopped by their office and while Julie wasn't at her dest, Ron immediately got up to assist a customer at the front desk. Rather novel in todays business climate. I was allowed to observe as Ron did his thing...determined my needs, ordered and expected it to be available for pick-up the next day. WOW What I expected to be a hassle was painless thanks to a local company giving exceptional customer service...and coming from me that says something.. I've been known to voice my displeasure when I feel like I've been looked down on...so now more than ever I give credit where credit is due. Thank RJ's Keith and Rita Scott..Thunder Bay Ontario
