I called this fabricator at random needing a custom piece for one of my customers. From the very beginning the staff was helpful and accommodating which really helped me as I was unfamiliar with the process. My small order was treated like a priority right off the bat and they quickly figured out what I needed and provided a solution. Each person I interacted with from the initial phone call to picking up my order was professional and prompt, and somehow always had the answer for my questions. The quality of the piece itself was fantastic and is an upgrade to the damaged piece I was replacing. 10/10 quality and service all around.

I’ll start by saying mistakes happen, but this was not a mistake but pure negligence. On 1/10/2024 at around 7:30am heading north on 405, one of your truck drivers was driving recklessly. After going 20 miles under the freeway speed limits, with several cars passing in front of him, there was plenty of space for him to safely drive 60 miles an hour, I merged into the right lane to take 520 east. While my car was beside his, very obviously not in his blind spot, he turned on his blinker, there’s no traffic behind me or in front of me, I am currently going 60 mph. He speeds up and attempts to merge…directly into me. I’m forced into the shoulder and the barrier, and I’m honking. It takes way to long for him to realize I am there. After realizing his error, he merged back into his lane and proceeded to slow down again to 20 miles below the speed limit, more cars now merging in front of him. If your truck drivers ere not comfortable following freeway regulations, it’s a simple fix. Don’t let them drive. I understand the freeway is scary, but I shouldn’t have almost been in an accident because your drivers can’t drive.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Went in today with a weird request for a piece of galvanized sheet metal to use as a build surface for Balsa RC Model planes. Figured I'd be sent to one of the usual metal suppliers but they found me a piece of material in the exact dimensions I was asking for. I ever have sheet metal fab needs in the future, I will not hesitate to return.

My shop uses Quick Tin every few weeks for custom duct work. They always get it right and get it back to us quick. Derek is always very helpful and will reply to calls or texts same day.

Derek did an awesome job with our kitchen project, we had a custom bend in the ducting that needed to be made of 12" round stainless steel . They were quick and super helpful. Totally would recommend and use them again!

I have been working with quick tin since 2004. Often times needing things made within the hour. It seems they have always bent over backwards to help me whenever possible. They have made custom creations I have needed for a unique situation many times. These guys are a dream to work with and I would never have any other place help me with sheet metal..... thanks guys

I personally went in to the shop to place an order...it wasn't much just a small 8" reducer. spoke with Derek about my needs and he briefly sketched out a drawing and told me he would get back to me with a price.
later that day Derek called with a price, I personally thought the price was a little on the high end but I like to shop and support local business. He told me it would be ready for pick-up in 3 days. after the 3 days I called to see if it was ready to pick up, the secretary said she would call me back after she talked to Derek. I never got a call back only a text message from Derek saying he forgot to get it going and he would possibly have it ready in another 5 days. I understand it wasn't a big order, and people do make mistakes. But to send a text message that you screwed up and not take the time to actually call your customer and let them know you forgot about it is another thing...Not very professional.
