This was the first time I have ever been to this facility. The place is clean, the staff is courteous, kind, and efficient. I had an 11:20 am appointment. I walked in at 11:10 am, did a seamless mobile check-in, and I was called into the examination room within a couple of minutes. Paperwork was processed smoothly and the blood work was performed with expertise. I was out of the facility by 11:27 am, the fastest and easiest experience I have ever had at any Quest in my entire life. If I could give the place and its staff 10 stars, I would!

This patient service center is easier to get to from my house in Mill Basin as it is close enough to multiple public transit services. It has a friendly, warm, and inviting staff. It also has a layback-chair, which is necessary as I have passed out from blood draws sitting up. There was an issue where a test was not ordered - the tech was patient, took in the next client, and let me know when the test order came through. The techs that were there, were gems.

The staff at the patient service center located at 3245 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY were very courteous and efficient. The turnaround time for the results exceeded my expectations and the consulting Doctor patiently reviewed my results with me and addressed my concerns. He was great!

The site is very easy to access. The online scheduling and the mobile “check-in” make everything quick and simple. The screen in the waiting room to know that you’ve checked in is fabulous. The very short wait time is greatly appreciated and the technician was very professional, kind, gentle and fantastic.

They don’t do drug screens here don’t waste your time. Then when you walk there is nobody to help you they just sit in their back office. They seemed like they didn’t want to answer the questions I was asking and like I was interrupting them from doing nothing. Place is a sham!!

Came back 2023 - still clean, still comfy, still a reclining chair for blood draws! Clyde was an excellent stick! Book an appointment - this place is popular!

5*, 6*, wonderful staff. Nice large waiting room. Reclining chair available. Aminata did a nice stick. Lena was also professional. Pleasant, professional. A much better experience than another Quest lab.
Appointment availability was a 1 week wait, but okay - at least they were clear (on the website) that appointment needed. Even when I came by on Tuesday (was already near here) was pleasant and apologized for being unable to see me. But was kind and professional.

Constant wait times. I make an appointment specifically to come in and not wait. Been to several locations and this is by far the worst in terms of wait times to get the blood taken. I highly recommend going to another location. Employees here need to go through customer service training. Last time I came a month ago waited about 15-20 minutes while employees were just chatting. My wife just took my son in to draw blood and again, she said she is waiting for the past 30 minutes while it’s empty and employees are just talking to each other. I professional and I wouldn’t even give 1 star if that was an option. Find another location!
