New guy for almost 2 weeks. So I will explain it purest form of false advertising. The training video stresses PPE but when going on the floor my night superviser told me to not wear my safety vest, and also that I did not need ear plugs. The very next week I was spotted with out my vest, and confronted by supee visor's with my night supervisor, and she said nothing some integrity huh.. so I made my statement, and was told their is a zero retaliation. So then hours later I went to the restroom, and my night superviser didnt allow me then I get pulled into the office, again to be told you going to the restroom is excessive, uh hello I drink lots of water because it's hot, and im diabetic so nice to know so yup you get a one star. And I will not endorse your company, and for my test on it im a investor, and worth lot's so run it to the ground
