This review is about the installation of a Navien Combination Boiler/Hot Water Heater in our home by Quality Propane. We are very satisfied: they really do put Quality first. Kevin who did the initial survey of our old boiler and hot water heater, current requirements, plumbing and black pipe, came back as the installation team leader and provided continuity that insured the installation team knew what to expect and how to proceed. Combined with the professional competency of the rest of the team; Sal and Dylan, this resulted in a smooth incident free installation. Make no mistake, this was a day long job, besides installing the new equipment, the team removed our ancient boiler and old hot water heater as well as plugging the chimney exhaust and running a new exhaust line. But when it was done, everything was set up perfectly and the clean-up left our basement spotless. Kevin also tested our hot water at several points in the house to ensure the system was up and running as advertised. Cost was reasonable and we know that Quality Propane stands by their work. We highly recommend Quality Propane!

We own a company here in Old Saybrook and we know the request from customers when they call is urgent. Well today we had to call our Quality Propane company because for two days we had a brand new propane furnace not producing heat. Kyle came right out from Quality Propane and fixed the problem with in minutes. It was a drainage pipe that we hooked up to the outside elements that froze and the safety system would not allow the furnace to fire. From the time of call until the problem resolved a little over an hour. TELL ME NOW is that not amazing service. QUALITY is surely the right name for them. We thank you Kyle... Updated 07/08/2022: Quality Propane in Clinton Connecticut is truly one of the best service providers out there. I'm not just talking about propane I'm talking about all service companies. My 20-year-old water heater was finally on its last legs. I really wanted to go tankless but I couldn't get straight answers from anyone. I called local plumbers and just got the typical runaround. Then a bell went off. I finally called quality propane. Not only did they answer all my questions and not be negative on anyone else's solution, they represented all possibilities equally. I decided to have a Rinnai tankless hot water heater installed. They showed up on time with all equipment and parts necessary. Installation was neat and clean. It's now been in for over a month and my wife and I absolutely love it. Quality Propane is my go-to propane and propane equipment supplier and servicer. You may want to consider them as well. I don't think you can go wrong.

2020: They continue to impress! Best Propane Company in CT. I have always felt that for every negative review you write, you must write two positive reviews. This one is easy. Quality Propane has: The Best Office Staff to deal with, Best Service Personnel, Best Delivery Personnel and ACCURATE BILLING unlike that American Gas Company. Basically they do everything they should do but without asking an hassles.

Quality Propane since March of 2014 was the most reasonably priced company in the area. During the most resent storm I received a delivery within two days to power our 45 KW generator without interruption until power was restored 6 days later. When I called another company a recording told me that no one was available to take my call; that says it all.

When we encountered a "no hot water" incident, Quality immediately came out to diagnose the issue. While the news was not welcome that we needed a new furnace, Quality was able to secure and install the replacement quickly. The new install was done professionally and clean.

I was without heat last week and to my surprise Eric From Quality Propaine was able to get me in first visit. Eric is very friendly and informative and got my Furnace working correctly in a jiffy
