My friends and I were passing through Grand Junction on our way to a campsite outside of Moab, UT. We are from Pennsylvania and we’re not familiar with the area. We found Quality Meat Co on Google maps and stopped in to buy some steaks to cook up at the camp site. The gentlemen at the counter could not have been nicer or more helpful. We bought four Silver Sterling Ribeyes and were blown away by the quality. The gentlemen at the counter also recommended the compound butter and a special rub called “cat crap”. We couldn’t believe how great everything tasted! I highly recommend these folks. The store had a great selection and a super friendly staff.

Whenever we go into the shop, we leave with great cuts! Today was no exception, a Ribeye and a New York for the wife. Both taken home, seasoned with just salt, pepper, and butter. Taste was amazing, and the tenderness was something that you could easily pay $45 for at a steakhouse.
They also have a huge selection of frozen meats to make sure your freezer is full!
