Of the 3 QFC in Bothell area this one is by far the best! The people who work there are very nice. They don't make you have to go through self check out as the other two will. It matters not how full your cart is at the others. If you are there before 8am and they open at 6am they will not check you out. You are told no one is there to do it.

I've been going to this QFC for 10+ years, and have consistently been impressed with the friendliness of the staff. This includes deli, meat, produce, bakery, cashiers, AND the attached Starbucks. My kids call it "Our Good QFC", and I couldn't agree more. It's very much a highlight of the community.

Great store with friendly staff. Well stocked. One item well over expired, but front staff were very friendly and helpful to find a replacement for the expired product. The ladies up the front Shelli and Rose very kind and efficient speed with good smiles. Would recommend this store!

While visiting my Grandson in Washington state, I found this store, which is equivalent to Kroger in Texas. I could use my Kroger card for discounts and even get discounts on gas. It had a nice selection of products.

Great location for quick trips but they are a smaller location so certain things like produce is limited. Great long time employees make up for that though. Pharmacy is also top notch and helpful.

Friendly Staff, usually no issues I use to come here almost daily just purchase a banana, yogurt, then a snack typically ends up being candy but sometimes find something good markeddown by Bakery, Only had 1 time an Associate made a comment that I felt was inappropriate, but it was late & I haven't been coming in as often as I use to but to his defense I did look a little bumish as I hadn't shaved in awhile haha but he basically profiled me or was "fishing" to see if I stole something. At self checkout the Employee not running them but assisting with liquor case calls ect....made a comment as I handed him a drink I asked to be removed due to myself only having $5 and order came out to $5.40, simply I calculated how much everything was going to be wrong or a sale ended so I had him put back an item that way I could purchase my remaining items, as he grabbed the item he said as he walked away that "I should of just pocketed it" so either he was encouraging theft which I doubt. So I took it as him implying that I was pocketing items, I almost said something but held back as it just was not worth it, regardless if I emptied my pockets or otherwise he already made his assumption and profiled me as a shoplifter. It's whatever, rude and unprofessional but he didn't directly say I was stealing just implied it, I have had worse experiences at safeways before but that was little bit different they thought they saw me putting an item in my coat pocket but it was just my phone and a notepad of some items I needed...safeway was different level compared to this...basically told me to leaving I was stealing and when I asked to just purchase what I had he wouldn't then told me he would call the Police so I let him do just that....police came they searched me and found nothing I laughed as the guy was convinced I had something but he Appologized saying they have just had a lot of Theft lately and I guess I looked the type...basically made an assumption with no evidence to support it, I'm always willing to wait for the Police when the option is given....that being said I stopped shopping at safeway due to this as I did not feel comfortable or even welcome shopping in their store. Qfc was the logical next best choice this comment made by the Associate is the only reason why this rating is 4 stars not 5. As it's generally a 5star experience here so for those that read this I still recommend this Qfc over Safeway, just bare in mind that you may be judged based off of your appearance. This occasion it was just an unexpected comment that did not need to be said he can make his own opinions but keep it to yourself or have your APM take care of it by reviewing footage. Unsure if policy has changed since my Food Relief Manager days since its been almost 5 years since I left but I worked for Kroger for over 10years & I would of been disappointed if any Associate made a comment like that to a customer...was told and would tell my team don't cause unwarranted conflict you never know when someone with respond in violence ask any APM and you'll probably here of plenty of stories of them getting maced or physically attacked but that's their job not yours, your job is provide excellent customer service within 7 feet, not saying ignore a potentially "unsavory" customer just make sure to let them know were here and see you but don't provoke, don't harass, don't follow, let a Pic know and they can decide how to handle it..usually an employee near the exit or giving really good service by helping them you actually can deter them...if they're stealing typically they don't like any interaction with employees and will get nervous and leave...granted I'm sure some theft is inevitable but the key is to reduce it as much as possible but with your safety being #1, "just like the saying is your job worth a peanut", "is your life worth the risk", Just an example of poor Customer Service on 1 occasion past experience here shows this is not the norm but a 1st for me so a Coaching Conversation is probably all that's needed to correct this behavior Thanks for Reading
