Phenomenal work!!!
QA Group made us custom chairs to match our current ones for our restaurant. They are perfect! The quality is great but most of all their customer service is wonderful (and I work in hospitality). we have used QA group many time and will continue to use them as our one and only source for upholstery.

We had six theater seats re-covered by Queen Anne Group. The results are excellent! After they started the work, they discovered that the stuffing was in worse condition than anticipated, and needed replacement. But, they honored their original bid and repaired the stuffing for no extra charge.

I used QA Group to clean and repair a chair that they had previously recovered. It is honestly like new again and this is a chair from the 80's. I was amazed at how well they cleaned it and how great it looks. They always do such a quality job and working with them to schedule and pick up/drop off is a breeze. Highly, highly recommend them!

Absolutely loved the collaboration with Queen Anne. We had an idea of what we wanted and they created the most amazing barstools and chairs for our new restaurant, CENTRAL. I can't say enough about their expertise and ability to create a quality product. I am in love with my booths and chairs, and it's all thanks to Neil and Seth.

We dropped a small fortune last year on custom sofas and then we got a puppy. NOT a good combination. After being left alone for about 2 minutes we found that she found sofa corners to be DELICIOUS. Jerry at QA Upholstery sent a van to pick up the couches the next day and had them back to us the next week looking pristine again. Great service from pick up and delivery to correspondence with the team at QA, to the finished product. Couldn't recommend them more. (I would not, however, recommend the new sofas and puppy combination)
