A very nice lady took my $2,800 order on November 17. The freight company dropped the order at the wrong place so it had to be re-delivered. Meanwhile a customer service person from Pursell helped me by overnighting a few bags of flock to me. My problem is with the person I spoke with on Friday while still trying to find our shipment. They said it would be delivered Saturday or first thing Monday. They would let me know! They did not call me! I had to call the freight company today to find out they had the order in a warehouse about 30 miles from me. So I drove there and picked the order up myself! I still haven't heard from Pursell. I just wish they cared a little more!
