Delivered on time and the meats are amazing. I ordered a gift box for my son and he was very happy! He cooked the dry aged T bone steak and said it was amazing! I consider myself quite knowledgeable as concerns beef, having slaughtered more than my fair share and more enjoyably smoking it. The meat I have purchased from Pumpkin Creek is the most eye-popping and taste satisfying I have ever run across! It is way up in the radical category. The marbling and fat composition can not be compared with regular beef. Just saying. WOW

I love PCR! I never put much thought into the quality of the meats I purchased until I tasted the beef from PCR! I never order steaks at restaurants because it’s better at home! Not only do they carry a variety of cuts, they give you recipes and instructions on how to prepare your meat which makes it easy and stress free on preparing meals at home!

I ordered beef fat from PCR to make tallow, we’re in Florida and due to a shipping delay the fat arrived thawed. I reached out to PCR, Jared was quick to respond and ship out a new batch. This time the item arrived perfectly frozen.
I have since rendered 1/2 the amount and the quality of this tallow is incredible, its firm with very low water content and rendered into a clean tallow that I may not need to purify.
If your planning on making balms or soaps, this is the fat for you.

You will not find better meat. My wife went to a fancy steak house in Denver for a work meeting and ordered a filet. She said my steaks were better. I'm not a gourmet chef, salt, pepper, garlic, a hot grill and steaks from PCR and you won't want to go out for dinner again. Not just the steaks, the burgers are second to none too.

Best ever!!! We’ve only tried the picanha so far but will definitely be ordering more soon to try the other cuts! My husband is from Brasil and I’ve never seen anywhere that sells picanha so when I saw Pumpkin Creek Ranch offered it, we had to try it! It’s sooo flavorful and we can’t wait to have it again soon. We only used salt to season it and it was perfection. Highly recommend Pumpkin Creek Ranch for all of your beef needs!! The cherry on top is the family behind the business - very friendly and love that they are local!
