If you are organizing a national exam, DO NOT USE PSI Testing Centers!!!
1) The people they employ at the centers are extremely rude, unprofessional and are difficult to understand.
2) Call center operators do not speak English or Spanish in a way that is clear and understandable. Almost each time my people have called, they have made significant mistakes.
3)When trying to receive money back, none of my people did, even though PSI claims to return the money when the period of the test has ended and all exams were cancelled.
4)They do not give an option to change charge/credit card to return money or the option to send a physical or electronic check. As a merchant accepting credit cards, we know this violates Federal Law.

Not sure how this company can continue giving exams when they should be shut down.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. However, the TSA's thorough approach—scanning every inch with a metal detector—caught me off guard. The computer screen’s intense brightness made the two-plus-hour testing session feel relentless. Packed into a crowded room, breathing felt like a struggle, worsened by the stifling lack of air circulation.

The testing center is conveniently located close to the highway and there is ample paid parking space available. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is some wait time if you are there to give fingerprints. I recommend having additional staff member to assist with fingerprinting and processing of test takers.

ADA rights have been completely violated HIPAA and privacy acts have definitely been violated. PSI state testing representative obstructing me from taking test.
Inadequate testing structurals, rooms, noise, control unfair, testing centers, broken chairs, other inadequate devices, such as extremely small calculators, chords and wires in the way while you’re taking the test.

I came to this location to be fingerprinted after passing the VA Real Estate Licensing exam. The first 30 minutes are FREE if you park in the garage, not the lot in front 🙁 Staff was efficient and friendly. In and out in 10 minutes. Limited fingerprinting hours, so check before you go. I had a good experience at this testing center. I scheduled my exam online, I showed up a few minutes early and was able to check in. They explained the process to me and set me up to take my exam fairly quickly. It was a straight forward process, the staff here was friendly and helpful. I do recommend only bringing in what's needed. For my specific exam I was allowed to use my textbooks and calculator but any other personal belonging I had like wallet/ID etc. was locked in a bag they provided, which was kept with me at all times. It was a bit cold in there so I recommend bringing a light sweater. If you show up prepared, I doubt you'll experience any issues at this location.

Had good experience at this centre.
Location is very easy to find. Parking available.
Friendly staff and I started my test fairly quickly as the procedure was very simple. The test area was very neat and the instructions were very easy.

Note: they are not open in Saturdays. They do not take appointments for fingerprinting. If you call the main line, they will not tell you the hours of operation. I was told my the call center that the only locations were in other states. When I asked if they were open Saturdays, the representative said “maybe. Go in person and find out”.
