Midwife Ashley S was so compassionate & attentive as I went in for my 2nd trimester check up & she couldn't find a heartbeat. God only knows how many times she's had to deliver such devastating news, yet she wasn't indifferent. The way she expressed sympathy & genuine care really helped me. God bless you.

My wife left work early today for her appointment and showed up 10 minutes late and although the front desk lady was really nice to her the medical assistant refused to let her be seen and sent her on her way even after the front desk lady asked twice on my wife's behalf since it is fairly common for people to be a few minutes late do to traffic or a bathroom emergency etc. I could see if she was 15-30 minutes late but she should not have been turned away for being only a few minutes late. When the receptionist asked why my wife could not be seen the medical assistant told her that they were already 1 hour behind and didn't want to go home late. That is not cool in my book as far as patients needs/service goes especially when you have a patient in need and you turn them away because your schedule is off.

All calls go through to voicemail if its around the time they close. "Open till 6PM" but push all incoming calls through to voicemail. I called at 5:30 trying to schedule and appointment before the weekend.. now I have to wait till Monday to call. Either update you voicemail to say the appropriate close time or actually stay open till 6PM like the answering machine says you are. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that every time I go there I feel uncomfortable because your receptionist give the nastiest looks and are the most UN-genuine humans I've ever crossed in health care. It really seems like they all hate their jobs. I'll be looking for are elsewhere which is sad because I LOVE my OB at this location but unfortunately it's not worth it if I am not being well taken care of and they literally can't pick up the phone during their normal operating hours and if it is a mistake in updating the answering machine hours then boo to you because that is extremely unprofessional. If you can't even do the basics why would I trust this medical center with my health. It's the stupid little things that are adding up with this office and I am finally done.

My 4 kids all have been here starting with my now 23 year old daughter. They are beyond profesional and Dr is a perfectionist. We always get compliments on our kids teeth and we owe it all to ND and their outstanding job. I am πŸ’― sure my grandkids will also be going to ND we would have it no other way

This is hard for me to write this review.

Dr. Grover and the physical staff at this location are amazing and deserve 5 stars.

However the policy they hold for missed appointment is less 1 star. I have been seen there for over 2 years and have missed 6 appointments there (mostly due to medical complications). Now, the only way for me to continue to be a patient is to "harass" the lovely ladies at the reception area every morning to see if there is availability.
I am on medication that requires constant updating with my doctor that I now can't do.

I also am not allowed to schedule obgyn appointments with my regular OB doctor either. So I'm now forced to pick a different medical group (which there aren't many of) in hopes that I get the same care and am not treated poorly for missed appointments due to my mental illness.

Dr.Liu is amazing, I loved having her as my doctor. I think I see her one more time for a 6 week check up. She was really supportive and caring, you can tell she really enjoys her Job I've never met another Doctor like her

Unfortunately the group here appears to give competent medical care, but really has no concern for the individual overall. For example, had to get a prescription refilled and they said I had to come in. I asked why and they couldn't answer. After a brief Q&A on the phone which got me nowhere, I came in and asked again why I had to come in - after some boondoggle excuse, they asked me some questions which could have been asked on the phone. They cost me 2 hours of work time, $50 co-pay and I'm sure billed my insurance for a hefty amount for essentially nothing! They really don't have any concern for the individual, only that billings grow. If you question them about it they get mad. Then they said I needed lab work - another day missing some work - they could have said that when I called so I could have done it all in one trip - just bad business and they don't want to hear about it! Good luck if you are a working individual, they really give it no thought to the cost and burden on the "customer"! Oh, and I have to support what everyone else has been saying about their phone issues, it just shows their caring about us, the customer, is not high on their priority list!

So I go there to get check up and they send me on my way saying they electronically filed for my prescription to be picked up by my primary pharmacist.. I go to my pharmacy and they don’t have any sort of prescription. So I got to Fred Meyers, Rite aid and bartells to see if they have it and after 2 hours of waiting and driving it just made sense that who ever is in control of doing the filing clearly didn’t do there job. So here I am no medicine.. they expect me to go there and wast time for something they should have done correctly the first time. I had my wife call the Urgent care desk and they hang up twice on here after putting her on hold for 15 minutes! What kind of medical practice is this? Well I guess it’s practice rite
