I had a paid parking reservation at lot Q on Asylum Avenue on February 26, 2025 for a Uconn Huskies basketball game at the XL Center in Hartford. When I arrived at the lot, there were no parking spots available. So why did they give me a confirmation of a parking spot! I had to miss the basketball game since other parking lots in the area were also full. I will never make a reservation again or recommend this facility!!!

My car was hit 3 months ago by a propark vallet driver while I was stopped at a red light on front st in Hartford. The vehicle they were parking had no damage, so I’m sure they never told the other driver of what happened with their vehicle. Directly after the driver hit my car they did not have the driver stick around they allowed him to go off and park more cars while someone who was not even on the scene handled the paperwork. No matter how many times you call their offices their phones ring once and go directly to voicemail. They have given me the run around for 3 months in regards to getting it fixed. It took going to the physical propark hq address on union st. To finally get someone to call me all for the managing person (Chris Mendes) of the claims department to get butt hurt about him and his team not returning phone calls to then place my claim on a complete hold. Now making so that I have to get things done through my own insurance. DO NOT HAVE PROPARK PARK YOUR VEHICLE. YOU WILL NOT KNOW IF YOUR VEHICLE IS IN CAPABLE HANDS.

Stay away from Propark garages. One of their locations caused over $4k in damage to my car and then put me through months of limbo just to get reimbursed. I had to constantly follow up as their team was not proactively communicating. In the end, I didn't even ask for them to pay for a rental car while my car was being repaired and they still refused to pay a nominal credit card fee (~$180) that my autobody charged. Additionally, they won't even offer some sort of compensation to make up for hours of my wasted life due to their incompetency--- I came out of this at a loss.

We parked in the Cleveland lot by the Market to eat lunch and look around downtown. After finding out the market was closed we
went to a nearby place for lunch. On our way back to the lot we tried to add more time on the App. After several tries it finally went through as a full day charge. This happened to be the day of a playoff game for the Guardians. When I checked on the charges I found that all the attempts when through and were charged to my visa. With some luck, I called and Garrett Valdez,
Regional Vice President answered. The issue was quickly researched and he promised it would be resolved. The following Monday, I received an email saying the charged had been credited back. This was a nice surprise, I was expecting issues and headaches. Thanks again.

Hartford Ct Goodwin Square garage. Locked in. Kiosk would not accept ticket. Paid online but steel door to street is closed. Called for assistance on kiosk. First guy couldn’t open door and told us to call back. Second woman told us we had to come back the next day to “fetch our car”. So now we are supposed to sleep in the car? There is no emergency plan. We were told “it’s the system” before being hung up on. This was yesterday. Two emails and a phone call today have been unanswered. Crickets…. Come on ProPark. You need to make this right.

First of all, as many others have said, I wish I could put a ZERO on the number of stars. I stayed in the Kimpton Schoefeld hotel in Cleveland OH and unfortunately they sub contract out to this horrible company for their parking. I stayed for 4 days and did not touch my car once I checked in until I was checking out. When I opened my door to get in after loading my luggage I was shocked to see my drivers seat back was all the way back like someone was sleeping in it. The floor mat was filled with dirt and sand and there were many many scuff marks on the door plate like someone was in and out of it 30 times. But, the real kicker was that I took note of the miles on my car when I checked in and it was driven for many many miles. Keep in mind that my car was a BRAND NEW BMW!!!! This is unbelievable and unacceptable!!!! I have called Pierce Keith, the manager of the propark location and, not to my surprise, he has yet to call me back. I have reached out to the corporate office and still no response. It’s clear that this company does not deserve to be in business. David Schmid and Stephen Duffy are the executives of this company and clearly I they are incompetent. I will be submitting multiple complaints to the better business bureau and chamber of commerce along with social media outlets. I urge all the other folks who have experienced horrible things to do the same. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

My car was towed on Saturday September 23, 2023 on the corner of Church Street and High Street in Hartford, CT. My wife and I attended an event at the XL Center and after several hours we left the event to go to our car and head home. As we approached the parking lot we discovered that our vehicle was gone. We found out that we needed to pay for the time the vehicle was parked, but there were no signs indicating that it was for paid parking. The only signs visible were public parking in huge white letters with an orange background. Little did we know those signs are for propark. We thought the car was stolen. When we contacted the number for propark, the person on the other end of the phone knew nothing about that spot. They claimed to only have the garage directly across the XL Center. I give them one star because I can't give them negative five stars. Don't park at that lot.

They trapped over 650 cars in their Vancouver, WA garage due to a gate malfunction because they refused to open it (per law enforcement request) and let people leave. They decided to charge everyone an overstay fee. This is extremely unethical and I hope you get sued for it.
