I needed documents to be served across the state and they were served within 24 hours. They did this twice for me within a two week period. Their service is smooth and successful. I have since used them for any service needs and will gladly use them in the future. They are quick, polite, proficient and very helpful. Also a plus, their office is very welcoming and smells amazing! The staff are very kind.

I was in need of professional, REAL people who answered the phone. Someone I could actually talk to, not a recording i needed immediate help. They listened very carefully to what my particular needs were. Calling into their office at just 4:15 p.m. and in such a rush I was hopeful they could help me. I'm in western Washington and needed service in Eastern wa. So I wasn't sure if at all they would be interested in following through given the time of day. It was a gamble not knowing this company or their reputation. But overall it was worth every dollar just given the chance the results were in my favor.
Not only did they deliver but I also got a few photos to boot! I really felt like they took my situation seriously and even refunded me some money since they didn't need to do more then necessary. They were quick, honest, reliable, affordable and the customer service was 1,000 out of 10! I would recommend this company and their services to anyone near or far? In State or out of state.

I used this company to serve a person back in Sept 2023. The prompt and effectiveness along with great communication was absolutely above excellent!
This company is far the best in Tri Cities and highly recommend them. Prices are competitive and they definitely want to get the job done quicker then to draw it out for the customer. Great great company!! Thank you for excellent customer service!

A few months ago I contacted them and spoke with Mark. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to give me an idea on how this works, as this was my first time in my life having to serve someone. I ended up contacting Mark again and moving forward.
