Great test experience, the staff work there was really efficient and friendly, I brought my own earplugs, turns out they also provide earplugs, but I didn't use my earplug beacause the room is quiet enough.

The staff here were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful to me; they went out of their way to keep the testing environment as silent as possible and to keep us all safe during the pandemic. I recommend reading the testing instruction emails very carefully and making sure you have your ID and any requested paperwork (ex: scheduling permit) on hand to prevent any unforeseen stress on test day. In short, I've taken a lot of exams at a lot of Prometric testing centers over the years, and this one is for sure my favorite of all!

The staff I dealt with on test day were very fine. The reason i give this company 1 star is because they make it impossible to get in touch with them. I have called for 3 solid weeks and have yet to be able to get anyone and when I have I got hung up on or told I need to have someone return my call (which by the way never happened). I sat on hold for 4 hours and you mean to tell me your call volume is that heavy that I waited for 4 freaking hours and not one answer? I have been waiting for my test results for a month an a half and still have not heard anything. When I finally got someone a couple of weeks ago they said my test results will be in my email in 24 hours but that never happened even after confirming the email they had on file. A week later an email was sent out stating that they are behind due to covid and they will be mailing the results the next day. Well you guessed it. Been over a week and still nothing. This has to be a joke. While I type this review I am currently on hold waiting for someone to answer and I called the second they opened and have been waiting so far for 10 mins. Let's see how long it takes if I even get someone.

*Update* someone picked up after 1 hour and 45 mins but still couldn't give results.

Very terrible experience today. Staff is not polite and no one greats you with a smile. They seemed constantly irritated and were unwilling to answer any questions. Their guidelines are very vague and should notify you before hand. I was not allowed to bring my jacket in as they believed it was to big and the material was to thick.... instead they left me cold in the room despite multiple requests to increase the temperature.

This place is dirty! The carpet is brown with grimy dirt splotches everywhere. Have you ever heard of carpet cleaning The spray they use to clean the lockers smells so bad, you can smell it in the hallway before you open the door. It is so overpowering and toxic smelling. There are print out signs taped to the walls everywhere, it looks crazy and unprofessional. I have been to other locations that were clean and didn't make feel gross just by being there.

I was unimpressed with my testing experience. The staff were harried and unprofessional (one was wearing a budweiser shirt from what looked to be a local bar and his buttcrack showed every time he stood up) and I was admitted to my test half an hour after my scheduled time and a full hour after I'd arrived. I wasn't even checked in until I was there for over 20 minutes. The testing room itself was adequate, but I would NEVER test here again if needed.
