AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place could be a case study on how to break unions. They said, "hey you guys deserve higher pay, but we can't pay the new guys that." Then implemented a two tier pay system. The older guys make double what the newer ones do and sleep and do nothing half the shift. Some older employee slept in chairs and one even climbed on his desk to lay down every day. You will be treated like garbage and worked up to 21 days in a row for 12 hours shifts without a single day off and if you call off, they fire you. Even the product you make and work with causes cancer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
