Not a real company. Reads like an insurance scam for the elderly.
Can’t even reach anyone other than a robot trying to sell you shit you don’t need.

Never get cpap equipment on time. After 11 years it's time for a change. They send emails to remind you to order, after responding nobody contacts you to say sorry your not due because it is not time yet due to your last order being back ordered for 3 to 4 weeks. Then when it is time and I call to ask the status they tell me I have to prepay my medicare deductable.
Another issue, when you call you almost never talk to a person so you leave a message, then, if your lucky, you get a call back in 1-3 days. If there was a lower rating than 1star that would be the right rating.

If I could give them negative stars I would.. It took over 2 weeks to get a home visit to update my CPAP scheduled and the appointment has been canceled and rescheduled 2 times so far. The first time was the day before the appointment and the second was about 1/2 an hour prior to the appointment. Even though I explained in the beginning that I needed to get this done by the end of the year due to insurance deductibles. Hopefully they will be able to keep the 3rd reschedule.. But if you have any other choice I recommend looking elsewhere for supplies

Just started a c-pap machine in January. The rep who showed me how to use the machine was helpful and friendly. Since then, I've been really disappointed and irritated regarding the lack of service. I went on the website they instructed to set up regular deliveries of c-pap supplies. I was supposed to receive an email back with further instructions that never came. I was called and told to call the Cromwell office, which I did.....4 or 5 times with NO response - had to leave voicemails every time and never got any return calls. Ended up having to order filters on Amazon because I couldn't reach anyone and after a month, it was time to change the filter. I saw my doctor today and complained about their terrible service and was then given the number for a manager. The manager was apologetic and said she would deal with this today. We'll see if it anything happens. After a few hours, nothing. Given the lack of response/customer service, I'm not holding out much hope. May need to search for another company.

If you are a prospective customer and looking at these reviews before making your decision, pay attention to the 20-plus 1-star reviews. These people are not lying. BioScrip has THE WORST customer service of any business I've ever had to deal with. The nurse who came for the home visit was wonderful. But if you have an issue after that, this office will give you a word salad of all the excuses why they can't do what you're asking. Run away!

I’m a new customer of theirs and so far I’ve received great customer service! My daughters nebulizer kit was delivered by Shawn who was very friendly and made sure I received the proper supplies needed. We noticed the mask was different so he made a note of it and to my surprise I received it at my door the very next morning! Also, I don’t remember her name but the woman that took my order/info was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Bioscrip resp dept.

I do not and absolutely will never go through this company again in my life. My son suffers from severe sleep apnea. This company was referred by dr for him to get his cpap machine. I have been waiting since May for them to visit my home and bring the cpap for set up and other info. This company failed me for the past 3 months and i have been waiting since May. They sent me a letter that they been trying to contact me so since may they been trying to contact me and now its when they send me a letter August 8 that they have been looking for me Today is August 28 which we had an appointment today at 3 and thrn again no show no call. What kind of irresponsible company is this. Shame on you having my 9 year old son waiting for months and you fail him again to show up. What kind of facility and who's running the show cause im going to do something about this. Im going to do anything in my power to find more info and i am going to let the head offices know about this.

Never have I ever had such difficulty trying to pay a bill. I owe these people money and I swear they don't want it. I've talked to 3 people today who claim I don't owe any money when my insurance says the claim is processed and I owe them $250. All the while I know for a fact I do owe them money, my insurance made that very clear they are not covering the bill. Are they deliberately not sending me a bill so they can make more money with surprise late fees? It is the only thing that makes sense. I strongly urge anyone to take heed of this company's awful reviews and avoid them at all costs.
