They don't pay enough, almost everyone was not friendly, people complained about me going to the bathroom, people would complain about me doing my job, and when I did quit they made me drive to a completely different county/area to get my last check because going back on the property was apparently "trespassing" since I quit. All in all; an absolute JOKE of a "professional" anything. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. If you are thinking of trying to work here do yourself a favor and apply at McDonalds or something, instead. They'll probably treat you better.

One trick pony temp agency that only cares about the lowest bidder candidate, not actually building their brand or a quality candidate database.

They lied recently to me about why I was not picked for a role. They informed me that I was under qualified for an entry level role, when my previous experience is in managing that same department (among others) and creating SOPs and training personnel for that same role... So yeah, it was about money. Lie better next time.

Also incredibly poor attention to detail. The voicemail the incredibly bored sounding lady left was for "Hector". Look at the name on the application next time. Pitiful.

Only resort to using this company if you desperately need a job and don't mind being called by other names or lied to.

Mr. James is a decent guy, although when I was terminated he had a meeting with my old co workers at Canon Virginia and let everyone know he fired me . Which is very unprofessional and embarrassing. But to To his credit his is very blunt and you know what to expect once dealing with him for a while . The lady in the office is rude and super nasty everyone that has dealt wit her agrees. She talks as if she’s superior and makes it seem like you lack intellect when asking a job related question. The lady with the dread locks named Rikkita was very helpful through my 8 months tenure . No advancement, you will only work at canon or Catalina cylinder. Two dead end jobs. If you have emergencies or children you will not last long. They will terminate you for leaving for an emergency, whether you have a doctor note, court summons, etc . Some days you won’t have work because a shipment is late or didn’t come. Causing you to have short checks , you can be understanding when their trucks don’t arrive . But they have no patience for you when a life emergency may arrive !!

Hired by miss Christian, she’s awesome she made sure I had everything and actually worked with me to update resume to get a great position working through Canon as an engineer. I read the reviews and was skeptical but honestly you have to judge things by yourself. I haven’t had any issues, everyone was very straightforward and didn’t sugar coat my starting process and what to expect out of the job. The only thing I don’t like is you have to work 1,000 hours before you accumulate PTO or get paid holidays off. When I started, canon takes off all major holidays and I had short checks but on the bright side, I was happy to be off and spend time with family which was more important.

Now, not every job or department will be the same. Don’t go to a temp company with soft skin, you need work, they provide it.

I read the reviews and all the negative reviews are absolutely right‼️ I worked for only 3 weeks and quit because I did 2 1/2 weeks for my first week pay (they hired me in the middle of payroll) and they blamed it on the way their payroll is set up. I immediately quit because I’m not gonna be working extra weeks for last weeks pay if anything they should’ve added my first few days onto my check for the first complete week I’ve done, not make me work 2 weeks then receive the few days pay from when I first started. If it’s weekly pay how come it’s set up like that. When I was working with them, people barely showed up and we had to constantly move around stations, and everyday they hired new ppl and now I see why, because ppl were realizing the pay scam and didn’t care to show up or come back, that’s probably why they hire and do interviews everyday because they know what their doing.

NEXT that black lady in there is extremely dry and rude, it sounds like she’s annoyed with everything and don’t have no customer skills, I moved away and haven’t received my w2. I told them I moved and their trying to make me drive 4 hrs to pick it up with a limited time slot or trying to have me pay 10$ for a replacement when I never received them before I moved. I asked if they can email it to me because I can’t pick it up and I still haven’t received anything. Go elsewhere, because I will never work here or go through there agency again. The disrespect, nastiness and underpay is not worth it‼️ I remember me and my family called to question them about their payroll and my check and the black lady called us dumb and can’t comprehend and she was trying to explain it to make it make sense but it doesn’t make sense. People are not supposed to be working extra week(s) just to be paid for last weeks work. For example let’s say I started April 4 or 5th and my last day was April 21st. On the 21st I got paid a little over 100 because it was the paycheck for the first few days I did (April 4,5-7), then if I would’ve continued working I would’ve been working another week (April 24-28) for April 10-14 pay, it’s not fair you literally working an extra week for last weeks pay so your always gonna put in an extra week of work to earn your pay which isn’t right. They need to get closed down or in trouble‼️

Jennifer losing good worker's, due to James whom overseers the employee's of pss working for Cannon. He's a piece of work whom need to let go an let God from his military 🪖 background. We're not in the military everyone their is GROWN or Young Adults who needs not to be called from doing work to go talk in a hallway or lunch room as if we're in a principles office 🤔 🤣🤣Jennifer needs to realize her ppl can tend to be manipulative especially when they have a military background 😉 their TRAINED for it.

The black girl that works the window is rude. Her disposition is not fit for her position. I was recently hired and I am already having issues receiving my pay.

Extremely unprofessional. I was called in regards to a position that was available and an interview was scheduled. Showed up for the interview, began filling out the application, and was notified that the position was already filled. Interview was scheduled almost a week prior with no phone call, text, or Email stating the position was taken. I wasted 1 hour of my time driving to this agency only to be notified the day of at the last minute. This is poor service at its finest. Do not use this agency if you value your time.
