This delivery was awesome. Only issue was finding the delivery dock in back! Staff was very pleasant, got unloaded in less than 30 minutes. Got some coffee, swept out trailer and was on my way. They have Black Rifle Coffee pods, know which one you like! Very nice drivers lounge with refreshments. Thank you!

Clean and classy. Straight out of a scene from a sci-fi film or John Wick. I was waiting for the receptionist to pull out the black Gucci bag and ask me to run it to the border
No I'm kidding...😊🥰...but the whole operation was smooth. The experience was A-1. The lemonade was cold. And the restroom spotless. Thank you.

I can’t say this is an ideal place to do business with. Came in at 9:10am MST and the check in process was smooth. Lady was nice and the driver lounge I will admit at least is to die for. Some places don’t even offer portable bathrooms. It’s currently 2:10pm and I haven’t gotten a single call to get a door because my order isn’t ready. They want to tell you to call ahead to make sure it’s ready so you don’t run down your clock. Couple things wrong with that is they don’t answer the phone all I got was a busy tone after trying three times. Also they take so long here it wouldn’t matter if you had 13 hours on your clock. You’d run out of hours just waiting for a door. Another driver was here for hours because they couldn’t apparently find a single pallet on his order. You have to do better than this. This is unacceptable and very disrespectful to truckers everywhere where time is very crucial. The driver with the missing pallet said he’s has been coming here for years and stated I maybe here until 11pm. I believe it. To top it off a snowstorm is scheduled to hit tonight. If this is how outside drivers are gonna be treated your probably better off buying your own trucks and hiring your own drivers to deliver out of this warehouse. Otherwise this place can be very efficient. Plenty of room to back into the dock when you receive one, scaling is on site, not many places to park except on the shoulder of the road they’re on.

I've been trucking for over 25 years. This place is the most professional, trucker respecting shipper I have ever been to! Their driver lounge has clean restrooms, high-end coffee, and soda fountain for drivers.

Guys, honestly, this is the nicest warehouse I have ever been to. It's very, very clean, the people are extremely friendly, the check-in process is easy, no hassle at all. The lady at the front desk, Angel, is very pleasant and friendly.

+ Lots of space
+ Coffee, tea, and various drinks are completely free
+ The cleanest restroom

They loaded me in 30 minutes! I was hauling potatoes, and the load was ready. Those who had to wait a long time according to the comments were probably waiting for the load, not because the staff were lazy!
