I'd give them a ZERO star rating if that were an option. Spoke to them a couple months ago and was told they'd rent us tank(s) and provide propane service. Called today to set-up our account & schedule installation, was told "no can do". Their website clearly states they service my area and far beyond, in relation to their office. However, when I called to establish new service, including one tank rental and the note that I will need a 2nd this fall/winter, I was told by Sabrina that they will not rent tanks for my location therefore no service (this refusal of service determined by the owner, or someone named Jimmy). False advertising and poor customer service at the very least. Truly glad they are not the only service in town, nor are they the best priced (as I am finding). Happy to have other options for my propane needs. Buyer beware.
